Upon consideration of the petition for certiorari filed in the above-styled matter, it is ordered that the writ of certiorari be granted, the judgment of the Court of Appeals be vacated, and the case be remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration of the merits of petitioner's appeal in light of our holding in Robinson v. Kroger Co., 268 Ga. 735, 493 S.E.2d 403 (1997).
