At the conclusion of their joint trial in the Crittenden County Circuit Court, CR97-439A-C, appellants Antonio Williams, Kendrick Gillum, and Demarco Wilson were convicted by a jury of the capital murder of Charles Newsome. The Circuit Court filed a judgment and commitment order for each appellant sentencing him to a term of life imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction without the possibility of parole.
