ABOUSSIE, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of sexual assault and assessed punishment at imprisonment for ten years. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.011(a)(2)(D) (West Supp.1998). In his only point of error, appellant contends the district court erroneously permitted the State to adduce expert testimony that the complaining witness's accusations were truthful.1 In our opinion...
