Michael Munson appeals from the conviction entered and sentence imposed after he pleaded guilty to three crimes: one count of aggravated murder, a capital felony, in violation of section 76-5-202 of the Utah Code; one count of attempted aggravated murder, a first degree felony, also in violation of section 76-5-202; and one count of aggravated burglary, a first degree felony, in violation of section 76-6-203 of the Code.
