SMITH, Judge.

Timothy Earl Boone was indicted for murder. He was found guilty by a jury of voluntary manslaughter, and he appeals. We find no error, and we affirm.

The record shows that Boone was separated from his wife, Pearlie, and that Pearlie was living with Henry Steedley. Boone admitted he did not want his marriage to end and was upset that Pearlie had filed for divorce. Both Pearlie and a neighbor testified that to observe Pearlie, Boone had parked...
