Lois Elaine Mehlhaff, a substitute teacher, appeals a summary judgment order, contending she has been underpaid by the Tacoma School District. We hold that the Legislature did not include substitute teachers in the definition of "certificated instructional staff" to entitle them to the same rate of pay as full-time teachers. We affirm.
