This appeal arises out of plaintiff-appellants Socialist Workers Party ("SWP") and the Florida Green Party's ("FGP") challenge to the constitutionality of Section 103.121(3), Fla. Stat., a provision of Florida's election laws that requires the chairs and treasurers of political parties in Florida to file certain bonds.
