MATTHEWS, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

The Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) requires village corporations to convey land used as a subsistence campsite to the occupant. The question presented is whether an occupant may be entitled to more than one campsite for a given subsistence use. We answer "yes" because the act contains no limitations pertaining to subsistence campsites and multiple campsites are frequently needed...
