The above-styled action ensued when the Secretary of Labor sought to compel the defendant to pay various employees certain amounts allegedly due as unpaid overtime compensation. Presently before the Court are the defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 17) and the plaintiff's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (Doc. No. 21).
