Batjac Productions Inc. ("Batjac") appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant GoodTimes Home Video Corp. ("GoodTimes") and intervenor Marybeth Peters, Register of Copyrights ("Register"). The district court denied Batjac's claim that GoodTimes violated its copyright in the screenplay "McLintock!" and that the Register had an obligation to register the copyright of the screenplay...
