Tracker Marine, L.P., (Tracker Marine) appeals following a jury verdict in favor of Carolyn A. Coffman on her retaliatory constructive discharge claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, arguing that the district court erred in denying its motion for judgment as a matter of law.
