¶ 1. This case comes to us from the Circuit Court of Copiah County where Joseph McDougle was convicted of the crime of conspiracy to sell a controlled substance. McDougle challenges his conviction on two grounds. First, he claims that there was insufficient evidence of a conspiracy. Second, he asserts that the trial court committed reversible error in admitting certain audio tapes into evidence when those tapes contained information...
