COPE, Judge.

The State appeals an order suppressing evidence. As there was no Fourth Amendment violation, we reverse.

I.

A neighbor observed defendants Jose Manuel Cortez and Alexis Miguel Rodriguez back their car into the victim's enclosed carport. The homeowner victim was at work.
