I. INTRODUCTION

Thomas Beard appeals from the superior court's decision that he did not demonstrate a material change of circumstances for purposes of reducing his child support obligation. Thomas alleges that his income fell significantly because he lost valuable housing allowances when he began living free of charge in the barracks on the United States Coast Guard base where he is employed.
