Defendant appeals his convictions for interference with interstate commerce by robbery, aiding and abetting the robbery, and aiding and abetting the killing of Mrs. Barbara Sun. The charges against Defendant stem from his involvement in the robbery of the Mandarin Restaurant and Lounge in Wichita, Kansas, and the murder of Mrs. Sun on November 8, 1994.
