In this worker's compensation action, the employer appeals the award of disability benefits, and the employee answers contesting the award of credits and offsets and the denial of penalties and attorney's fees. Finding that the trial court correctly determined that the employee's post-traumatic stress disorder resulted from a personal injury by accident arising out of his employment, a physicalmental claim, we affirm the award of disability benefits...
