This matter comes before the Court on a motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction by Plaintiff Reproductive Services (Docket # 1) challenging the constitutionality of a provision of the Oklahoma Public Health Code and regulations promulgated by the Oklahoma Department of Health, requiring that all abortions performed "subsequent to the end of the first trimester" be performed in general hospitals...
