This case is before the court on two motions to vacate, set aside, or correct the sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Defendant William Lee Timber was convicted on November 2, 1989 of conspiracy to possess cocaine with the intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846.
