SAUFLEY, J.

[¶ 1] Wendy Goodwin appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Perkins, A.R.J.) dismissing her complaint to recover attorneys' fees1 and costs incurred during special education proceedings regarding her son. Because we conclude that no cause of action exists in Maine law for such fees, we affirm.
