A jury convicted Elbert Myron Riebold, also known as Mike Riebold, of money laundering, wire fraud, conspiracy, and interstate transportation of stolen money. Following the jury's verdict, the District Court1 sentenced Riebold to 210 months of incarceration and ordered that he pay $2,666,300 in restitution. This appeal follows.
