This is a medical malpractice case in which Appellants, Wanda Harris ("Harris") and her husband, Bobby Harris, brought suit against Dr. Joe Bill Belue ("Belue"), Appellee, alleging that Belue was negligent while performing a laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy ("LAVH") which proximately caused injury to Harris.
