IMBER, Justice.

Glen Herred pleaded guilty to a charge of attempted possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class A felony. He subsequently filed a petition for relief under Ark. R.Crim. P. 26.1 and 37, which the trial court granted. We reverse and hold that the trial court clearly erred in granting relief.
