OPINION

LEE, Justice.

In this mandamus proceeding, relators, J7S, Inc., J7S Cattle Co., Ltd., and Jerome W. Schuchart, challenge the probate court's April 30, 1998 order denying their motion to transfer venue. Relators contend the probate court abused its discretion in refusing to transfer the underlying suit for recovery of real property to the district court in Atascosa County because the property in question is located in that county.
