Jeffrey Brown appeals from a conviction of theft by receiving stolen property involving a 1984 Nissan 300ZX. OCGA § 16-8-7. He was sentenced to ten years confinement. In the same trial, Brown was acquitted of the same offense involving a 1995 Ford Explorer and of possession of that vehicle without the manufacturer's serial number. OCGA § 40-4-22.
