He contends that the district court (1) should have granted his motion for mistrial because of misconduct of the prosecutor; (2) improperly sealed notes of the attorney for an alleged accomplice that was separately charged, thus making them unavailable for use at trial; and (3) erred in submitting an instruction on joint criminal conduct as defined in Iowa...
