NATURE OF CASE

Michael Gibson commenced this action for workers' compensation benefits, including vocational rehabilitation. A single judge of the Workers' Compensation Court awarded vocational rehabilitation but found that it was not appropriate to determine Gibson's loss of earning power until he completed the vocational rehabilitation. A review panel found that the trial judge was clearly wrong in not assessing Gibson's loss of earning...
