Winnie Tunison, who is blind and deaf, filed this action in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, alleging that Continental Airlines ("Continental"), by refusing to allow her to fly alone, violated the Air Carrier Access Act, 49 U.S.C. § 41705 ("ACAA"), and pursuant regulations.
