This case came before the Supreme Court on the appeal of the plaintiff, Cathie L. Wilson (Cathie).1 Cathie and her sister, Bethanie J. Curato (Bethanie) (collectively plaintiffs or sisters), instituted suit, seeking declaratory and injunctive relief with respect to their purported interest in certain real estate previously owned by their late father and currently owned by the defendant, Margaret A....
