In this criminal appeal, appellant's appointed counsel initially filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967). However, in that brief, counsel noted that appellant had been convicted of two counts of resisting an officer with violence, both of which arose out of a single criminal episode, and that this court had previously held that only one conviction is permissible...
