PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC), M.C.L. § 750.520d(1)(c); M.S.A. § 28.788(4)(1)(c).1 Following a jury trial, he was convicted of one count of third-degree CSC2 and was sentenced to a prison term of three to fifteen years. He appeals as of right. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
