PER CURIAM.

The Department of Environmental Protection has entered a final order which denied the permit sought by Coastal Petroleum. That action renders moot the administrative proceeding to set the amount of the surety to be posted as a condition of the permit. Therefore, the petition for writ of prohibition is GRANTED.
