This case is brought on appeal from a June 12, 1995, order entered by the circuit court of Cook County, dismissing plaintiff, Richard Arriola's (Arriola) class action complaint with prejudice pursuant to section 2-619 of the Illinois Code of Civil Procedure. 735 ILCS 5/2-619 (West 1994).
