David Jo Cernance appeals the trial court's denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We treat the appeal as a petition for writ of certiorari. Sheley v. Florida Parole Commission, 703 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997), review granted, Case No. 92,260, ___ So.2d ___ (Fla. May 19, 1998). The petition is denied.
