On June 8, 1992, plaintiffs, Paul Ganci, Marie E. Secker, Jo Anna Claycomb, and Rosalie Jones, brought suit in the circuit court of Sangamon County against defendant and third-party plaintiff, Gary Blauvelt, and third-party defendant, Kenneth R.
