The Regensburgers brought this action seeking damages for breach of contract, fraudulent misrepresentation, and negligent misrepresentation. The district court granted the defendants' motion for summary judgment. The Regensburgers now appeal that decision. Appellees moved for sanctions against the Regensburgers for frivolous appeal, and that motion was combined with the case on the merits. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm the judgment...
