Shorewood West Condominiums Owners Association amended its bylaws to restrict owners from leasing units that were not already leased. Later, Asghar Sadri and Dorothy Grazul began leasing a unit purchased before the amendment. The trial court held the amendment invalid as to existing owners. We reverse.
