Before the Court is plaintiff, Conoco's, motion for summary judgment, brought pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Conoco brings this action under the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185, and the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16, to vacate an unfavorable arbitration award.
