Sgt. George F. Cox and Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 8 (Lodge), appealed to the district court by petition in error from an order of the Douglas County Civil Service Commission (Commission) denying Cox's grievance. The district court dismissed that appeal after sustaining a demurrer to Cox and the Lodge's amended petition in error. We conclude that a petition for an appeal from the Commission by petition in error must set forth the errors complained...
