The defendant, Jerrell Jarvis, and two co-defendants, Laron Cannon and Narquette Andrew Scott, were charged by bill of information with conspiracy to commit armed robbery (Count 1), in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:26 and 64; and armed robbery (Count 2), in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64.
