Gregory Allen Peck pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute 10 grams or more of methamphetamine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B), conditioned on his right to appeal several pretrial rulings.
