INTRODUCTION

Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Star. §§ 29-824 to 29-826 (Reissue 1995), the State of Nebraska appeals an order of the district court for Platte County, suppressing all evidence resulting from the July 16, 1997, stop of a passenger vehicle and the subsequent arrest by a carrier enforcement officer of the operator of the vehicle for driving while under the influence of alcoholic liquor.
