The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (Employer) appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed an order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) granting total and partial disability benefits to Raymond Lardin (Claimant) for varying periods of time after he was laid off from a temporary light-duty position with another employer.
