Defendant, Duane Paul McPhillips, appeals his convictions of burglary, theft, and robbery. See Iowa Code §§ 711.2, 713.3, 714.1 (1995). He challenges the trial court's failure to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant that McPhillips claims was invalid.
