This case comes to us on appeal from the denial of appellant Mwati Pepi McKenzie's petition for postconviction relief and request for a hearing. McKenzie alleges that a group of Hennepin County judges met and decided to impanel anonymous juries in his and his codefendants' trials, thereby violating his rights under the Due Process and Confrontation Clauses as well as a canon of judicial conduct.
