This is an appeal by Bobbi J. Spear, ("the appellant"), from an August 28, 1997 order of the Circuit Court of Preston County that awarded custody of the parties' children to the father, Mark C. Spear ("the appellee"). Appellant argues that the circuit court erred in adopting the recommendations of the family law master. We reverse the circuit court's order and remand for the entry of an order awarding custody of the children...
