PER CURIAM.

Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of two counts of uttering and publishing, M.C.L. § 750.249; M.S.A. § 28.446, and one count of larceny by false pretenses in excess of $100, M.C.L. § 750.218; M.S.A. § 28.415. He was subsequently sentenced to two years of probation, with the last thirty days to be spent in jail. Defendant appeals as of right, and we affirm.
