Presently before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company ("St.Paul"), which opposes plaintiff's request for a declaratory judgment that it has a duty to cover losses sustained by plaintiff, Haman, Inc. ("Haman") as a result of methyl parathion contamination of the Village Lodge Hotel ("Village Lodge" or "hotel"), in Pascagoula, Mississippi....
