Defendant-appellant, Midwest Pride IV, Inc., d.b.a. The Lion's Den Adult Bookstore, appeals its convictions in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas on two separate counts of pandering obscenity. Appellant raises five assignments of error. For the reasons set forth herein, the trial court's decision is affirmed.
