LAVORATO, Justice.

A floor covering distributor sued a floor covering manufacturer for damages arising out of a distributor relationship between the two. The jury awarded the distributor compensatory damages on multiple theories of recovery and punitive damages. The theories included promissory estoppel, breach of fiduciary relationship, fraudulent misrepresentation, and fraudulent concealment. In its appeal, the manufacturer raises numerous issues.
