In this premises liability action, we consider whether defendant-appellant Chemical Bank, as the mortgagee and nominal owner during the mortgage foreclosure redemption period, should be considered a "possessor" for purposes of premises liability. In the present case, plaintiff-appellee realtor was injured while showing the foreclosed property during the statutory right of redemption...
